Rhona Silver –the women who took American Catering like a storm

A successful entrepreneur, a responsible daughter and a caring mother, Rhona Silver is surely an example of how one should never hold back ones dreams.

She took over her family owned catering business and with strong will and determination and achieved what people could never even imagine. The Huntington Townhouse that spanned over 150,000 square yards was one of her biggest conquests in her life.

She was awarded with “Ellis Island Medal of Honor” for her contributions to the society. Today the name has become a synonym with the American Catering Industry and she is the official representative of Catering Industry and Business Women in the United States of America.

She is also a respectable member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and eWomenNetwork Foundation Advisory Council, Committee of 200 (C200).

Her latest venture caterbid.com, where there is open bidding to get the catering orders for parties, is yet another example of the innovation that this woman has brought to the catering business.
